Instructions
Please
follow these instructions carefully to ensure accurate processing of your
application. If you encounter any problems with the form, please submit
your application by e-mail to our
membership office.
- Required
fields are labeled in
purple and
must be completed. If you are a model, please fill in the relevant statistical info boxes. Singers, songwriters, and musicians do not need to submit information such as height and weight.
- You
must be at least 18 years old to apply for membership directly, or at least 15 years old with written permission from your parents.

Immediately after submitting your application, please email two or three
of your pictures to our membership
office. One of the pictures should be a headshot
(show us your great smile). If you have an official website containing
your pictures, simply include your site's address on your application
instead of emailing your pictures. We will review your application and
contact you if your application has been accepted.

We are unable to review applications submitted
without a follow-up email message with properly attached photos (unless
we are directed to your official site containing your pictures). For
security purposes, we do not accept zip files.
Please submit your photographs in JPG format only.
- You
must hold the copyright to all pictures you submit (or have permission
to display them on discovergirls.com).

If you are an actress or model, please email your resume or point us
to it on line.
